How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your pool's journey to your home.
Do I need a level surface for installation?
Yes, it is critical that your pool is placed on a completely level surface, such as a concrete pad, leveled pavers, or compacted crushed stone, to ensure structural integrity.
How do I maintain the water quality?
Maintaining your pool is simple with our included filter pump. We recommend using small chlorine tablets in a floater and checking the pH levels weekly to keep the water crystal clear.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply for oversized items.
Will the steel tank rust over time?
Our tanks are made from heavy-duty galvanized steel designed to resist rust. With proper chemical balance and care, your pool is built to last for many seasons.
